Shipping & Returns

 All orders are processed and shipped in the order in which they are received. Typically, in-stock items will be shipped within 1-2 business days. All packages will be shipped via ground.  For expedited shipping, please contact us via email at  sales@bdazzlin.com .

All of our products are guaranteed for quality. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. 
  • We will gladly accept returns of unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of the original purchase. The merchandise must be returned in the condition it was received with all tags intact or it will be returned to the sender.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for purchase. Include the original sales receipt with your return.
  • All Sale merchandise is considered a final sale and is non-refundable.
  • Shipping charges will not be reimbursed. Please insure and request tracking on all returning packages. We will not be responsible for lost packages.
A Return Authorization Number must be obtained for all refunds/exchanges. Please email us at  sales@bdazzlin.com to obtain this number and the return address. This number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.

Once the package is received and inspected, your credit will be issued within 7-10 days of receipt.
